How do i Install U-Brakes on a BMX with gyro cables?

I am having difficulty installing new u-brakes on my bmx.



Please can somebody tell me how to install u-brakes on a bmx or tell me somewhere that shows you how to install u-brakes as I have looked for ages on the internet.



I need to install brakes on the front and rear (the rear is using a gyro cable)
