If the brake rotors are shot (pitted and grooved) you will need to have them resurfaced or replaced. If you have never done this before, you may be getting in over your head. Go to a pep boys store and get a FREE brake inspection. they will give you an itemized estimate with a list of parts required, and tell you if you need new rotors or if the old ones are ok to resurface. How do you change the brakes on a 1996 ford probe gt?ask your boyfriendHow do you change the brakes on a 1996 ford probe gt?The answer cant be explained over the net.
