My squeaky brakes are driving me mad! How do I fix them?

I drive a 99 Camaro and in dry weather, my brakes squeak like crazy!

It's not that I need new brake pads. The ones that I have are fine. Not thinning or anything.

In wet weather or if I brake hard enough, they're fine.

But it's getting warmer and drier outside and my brakes constantly squeak when I stop or slow down.

My car's supposed to turn heads because it's HOT not because people are hearing a god-awful noise!

Whenever you start to hear that noise, take your front wheels off, and spray down the rotor (disc) and caliper. Be sure to turn your rotor so the whole thing can be cleaned.
