How much would you pay for this car (I preffer car owners)?

How much would you pay a 2008 tornado red volkswagen passat 2.0t it has almost 30,000 miles and still runs like new. Only premium fuel has been put in it and has never been in an accident. it has grey leather interior, heated front seats, am/fm radio, cd player, 17'' 5-spoke alloy wheels, it has maybe 2 very minor scratches on the trunk lid and the whole car has been taken care of very well. the only thing that has to be replaced soon is possibly the brakes. tell me how much you would pay for this car and why. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .How much would you pay for this car (I preffer car owners)?$16,500 CONSIDERING THE SCRATCHES ON THE TRUNK!
